Very nice! Again, great expression... I like the shading around the eyes, it really adds to the overall effect I think. Also, nice job of trying to make the hair seem "wet"(?)

Actually, I didn't try to make her hair look wet When I finished her I wanted to try something new with background and tried rain... Later it crossed my mind how funny this is... She's standing in the rain, all dry

Hehe, I wasn't sure! It sorta looked wet to me though, at the sides, but the top looked dry. Ah well. She's... special.
