Tsunde was rather flat, when she was younger and she uses a jutsu to look younger. I think, that she also uses this jutsu to enlarge her breasts, so I suggested, that Sakura should ask her sensei to teach her this jutsu, so she can let her boobs looks as big as Hinata was blessed by nature.
