There is a gift icon in the top right corner of the front page of every user's profile - you can send points as a gift through there!
Basically, just advertise your art and prices, and another user can send you points in exchange for your art.
I recommend having people send you points before you start work, and consider writing an agreement/rules/Terms Of Service for your commissions!
Art value can be a little hard to decide on, because the art economy here is a little goofy for many reasons...
Keep in mind that $1USD = 100 points. Each point is worth a penny...
So whatever you ask for your prices, just make sure its something that feels worth the time and effort that you personally put in!
