Hey y'all. I'm not dead, lol.

In all seriousness, as far as my art goes, 2023 sucked HARD. I lost all motivation to create for like 8 months, as I had a soul crushing experience in private regarding art. I won't go into detail as I frankly don't want to think about it, but, yeah... I'm alive and well

I've been trying get back into the habit of creating for about 2 months, with mixed results. Nonetheless, I still had to do my yearly redraw tradition with this wolf right here. It's a thing I do to see improvement, but as I haven't done much of anything in 2023... there really isn't any improvement LOL.

Although this is the first "First Snow" where the wolf isn't excited or curious about the snow. Felt like making it look "too tired to pay any attention" was rather accurate to how this year went

If you're still reading, thanks for sticking around through the drought that was 2023.
With that said...
I don't know how 2024 is going to look. I'm way out of the loop when it comes to painting, posting, and social media. I will still continue to create in private for sure, but with the mess that caused my art block in the first place, plus all the AI art bullshit, I kind of don't see the point in posting anymore. I still appreciate all the likes and especially comments I get, don't get me wrong, but with everything happening in my private life, they feel.. inconsequential in the grand scheme of things.

I'll keep the socials I still have, try to post once in a while, and see what happens, I guess. If you remain, cool, happy to have you, if not, no hard feelings
