History: Cyco was rebuilt by Sentora, from the body of an autobot named Cytrax. He was the last remaining corpse Sentora had hold of after her original laboratory was destroyed, due to her failed experiment that was Sharpblaze.
She planned to correct her mistakes with Cyco, and after centuries of trial and error, Sentora finally managed to perfect the formula of her Regenerative Energon. The healing power was not as strong as it once was, but the finalized version of the formula allowed her to control and manipulate Cyco with ease, and did not have any major side effects on him. This allowed Cyco to be perfectly stable, not driven to insanity where he would be uncontrollable.

It was crucial that Sentora was educated of everything that happened on Cybertron during her absence, after losing touch with reality for so long. Thus, Cyco would act merely as a scout for her in the beginning. Cyco would be studying the planet from an outsider's perspective, and became rather disgusted with what he saw.
He discovered there were two factions at war, slowly bringing the planet to ruin yet claiming they were trying to save it. He grew disdain for both Autobots and Mercenaries alike, and shared Sentora's desire to purge them all so they may be united to follow one mind (Sentora's control). Cyco was certain both factions would oppose Sentora's regime, it was important he studied key individuals carefully to detect who the biggest threats were, and learn everything he could about their enemies, for Sentora wished to be incredibly prepared before she took any action. For a few years, Cyco would observe and study battles in secret, meticulously watching from afar.
In due time, Cyco would finally be ready to make his presence known, and engage in more personal and physical contact with the individuals he had secretly been studying for so long. This expanded apon the knowledge he had gathered so far, unveiling a lot of personal details about his enemies, which Sentora could use to her advantage for manipulation.

Cyco instilled both the Autobots and Merenaries not only with fear, but bewilderment. He was an oddity that popped up out of nowhere, a rogue that inexplicably had regenerating powers that only Sharpblaze should have had. He was an ungodly presence, and brought on a frightening revelation. Sharpblaze's creator was still alive, and successfully perfected her regenerative energon formula, and was now setting that creation loose upon Cybertron. If she was capable of this incredible feat, who could even fathom what she had in store for the future, For Cyco must have been only the beginning of what she had planned.
