Description
In 1981, seven days after BBC1 changed up it's look on the 5th of September, BBC Alba changed up it's globe ident and presentation for it's English language programmes. From this point up until 1985, all English language programmes would now be preceded by the 1981-1985 globe ident, while Gaelic language programmes were still preceded by the 1969 Scottish flag ident.
