Description
Me wearing my own drow gear, being finally finished (apart from the sword..).Made out of mostly leather and various fabrics.
Made to fit the role of a house speciallist, mainly educated in diplomacy, espionage and assasinations. Also make good infiltrators and scouts.
This one here is a subcommander of the specialist branch in the rank of a captain.
Seen here looking a little puzzled over the hideous, white substance covering the ground.

I don't know about WoW... I mean, sure the avatars have huge pauldrons, but I reckon thats to make em look abit intimidating.
And yeah, a more RP heavy laiv in good ol' nordic fashion is great, and much preffered. But sometimes you just wanna hit someone in the face with a latex mace ;D

The pose and angle of the picture here is awesome. You really are skilled at leatherwork (my uncle knows the craft as well but mostly works on saddles).
Now you just need to make your girl some priestess garb/armor and the both of you suit up together. This looks like movie quality work, and since I seriously doubt drow will ever see the big screen, THIS type of work is the next best thing, and I'd love nothing more than to see a male drow groveling at the feet of a whip wielding priestess, bwaha.
And while I'm rambling...you should do some stock photos sometime, so the photo manipulators out there can place you and your work in a fitting underdark image.
Love the work, you have a true gift.

Hot!
Bracers and buckles really stand out.
What kind of makeup do you guys use? Looks waterbased, is it?

This is nice to bad you have nobody to battle or assasin.
When you get a chance drop by and check my gallery and let me know what you think.
Later.

Hehe, I'm looking at this while Manowar's Warriors of the World is playing in the background. Quite weirdly fitting.
Anyway, this is incredibly cool. Being part of Rimmugygur, the oldest currently active viking society in Iceland, I do a bit of leatherwork myself. I would love to see some work in progress photos and get a feel for your work process.
