As much as I like the art, I do not understand what is happening....
I assumed Pinkie at first, but judging from the groups, it is not Pinkie.
Are those...bubbles? On her skin? Now that I think about it, she does look pretty bare, as if she doesn't have a coat. The whole scene looks a bit underwater-y to me though. Maybe it's the light colours....
I really like how you did the background, it looks quite solid and only a little bit bizarre to me. Your shading is amazing, and the bubbles on her skin (boils?) are a detail that I don't think I would have thought about
