FFXIV was down for maintenance and I was in a concepting mood so I decided to sketch out ideas for Danny's future Masks. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I want his second Mask to be Hoopa, so I started working up a design for that one. Some elements are subject to change, of course, but I'm really loving what I've got so far. I love Hoopa so much....

Since it's like, at least six months before I can even begin implementing the idea of a third Mask, I left my concept sketches for that slot just in their sketch stage and slapped on some basic colors, nothing too fancy. Also they all have a partially shaved kind of hairstyle. I wanted that to be a unifying theme between all Danny's Masks and himself. (Also partially shaved hairstyles are just.... my favorite...)

When I started thinking of what pokemon I wanted to consider for Masks I was really digging the idea of a Scrafty.... and then I drew it, and I wasn't so sure after that. I tried Greninja next and I liked it more, but my design idea could use work. That Gardevoir though... damn if I don't really dig my initial idea for a Gardevoir Mask. I'm gonna have to seriously consider that one if Gardevoir is still available by the time I can afford it.
