Steele gained a second shirt as a callback to the wide rim of Metagross's body.

The 'fangs' on his outer shirt are pockets that hang out past the shirt.

His feet shifted into heels because he's tired of being shorter than everyone. It's also kind of a callback to the fact that Metagross walks on the tips of its claws.

His X no longer goes right to his hairline, better representing how the X on Metagross's face actually is.

His hands are still bigger than regular hands but they have slimmed down to more of a normal hand shape.

Shoulder joints were made smaller to better match Metagross's, since you can see into its joints in a lot of art.

Ringu's pants have double zippers to imply the triangular shape of Hoopa Unbound's crotch as it flows into the tail.

Ringu's shirt now opens in the front because that makes more sense for how he'd actually take the shirt off, given the horns.

Belt and anklets added so Ringu actually has all the major rings from Hoopa's design now.

Fur rim on Ringu's pants were changed to pompoms attached to his belt because I liked the look of that more.

Made the choice to remove the stripes on Ringu's pants even though it's canon to Hoopa's design because I felt just the diamond knees looked better.

Yup, his pants were did get lower.
