The font I made Techiarabi, This is the piece I show in Typecon2005, NYC. I am glad I entered it this year. It was a great chance to put Arabic Font beside the greatest Typographers and designers in the world.The font is made for technicals stuff. It may work fine on screens but I didn't define the hits yet.

I like this techno font, but I think the 'alef& lam' need to be taller to be more readable, also the colors are so soft for the strong title

feh matn lel kalam el 3arbi, we fo2eh 7agat we ta7teh 7agat, that equal 3 levels! hena i just converted el 2 first levels ma3 ba3d fe nafs el matn, da loh mashakel i belive, bas fe nafs el wa2t loh mazaia, which will be very good for screens display. i just belive also eno feh 7agat zai keda et3amlet fe el past calligraphy. we 3ashan akon mashi 3ala qa3da mo7dada in this font, 3ala responsibiltie mo3aina, ana shayef el arabic type khad re2at men el 3 levels of typeface, we eno makansh mofeed for display. ella 7agat koaissa shoftaha feha convert bardo for 2 levels fe ba3d el qanwat el fada2ia.. that is my own opinion

welcome and I see ur point, but as you know we read the form of the words not every letter and that what make it diffecult to me in reading the arbic text in 2 levels .... may be we need more and more 2 levels fonts to be familier with... its a matter of time

the reason u told is the same why i converted for 2 levels, ur memory will help u recognize the letter

who is first the checken or the egg; of course my memory can't recognize the new converted 2 levels letters easly as it was 3levels. breaking the rules make it diffecult to read

Font development normally take alot of time.

It's an interesting shape. I've never seen font for Arabic text like it before. Most fonts are really script like, but this one is almost technical
