Yup, I know, I still have a lot of messages to respond to, but I figured since I finished this, I had better post it so that I am sure not to miss the deadline that is still weeks away. (I already missed enough stuff with contests ending.)So, I only colored this. The line art is by *Nyxen , isn't she awesome?! The contest for this one was to color the line art from the previous *Unique-Equines contest winners. I chose to color Nyxen's, which I hope I did a good enough job on
It was really fun to color someone else's line art! I think this is the first time I've done it. (can't be completely sure, but I don't remember any others) And I even did things that I had never done before with some of the layer properties and everything. line art (c) *Nyxen

Actually, I'd say you're seeing his sheath, and that's part of the line art. He's drawn more accurately to equine anatomy than what I can do.
