Description
So, I have had this little sequence of six pictures that tells a little story for years now. I found that I had an opportunity to work on fixing up the sketches during my breaks at work, so I have been actually finishing them. And, since I have been doing that, I wanted to do them in color on the computer too, so here is scene 1, the Rendezvous. I also had wanted to finish the second for an emotion contest the ~Unicorn-Club was holding. I have unfortunately wasted my day finishing the first, and so, the second can not be in the contest unless I submitted it as a pencil sketch. Maybe I'll submit this one instead, if they'll still accept one.

Anyway, the Rendezvous depicts a meeting between a pegasus stallion (whom I named Iramus long ago), and a unicorn mare (named DeCelle). They have met before this event, and they are quite taken with each other despite the gap between their species. The story kind of stemmed from a series of scratch boards I did in high school, in which the first scratchboard depicted a fight between a pegasus and a unicorn. Needless to say, the two species do not get along, and pegasi are looked down upon by the unicorns. You can see what happens (if you are not one of the people who has already seen the sequence-namely friends and family if they remember them) when I put up the rest. Shouldn't be too long. (yes ~dhqx I am still working on that kirban, if you were wondering)

Yes, I got lazy with the background and didn't do as good of a job on the tree trunks. At least it has a background, eh?
