Red Alert was gunning for them...I mean, This is RED ALERT of all people! He should have spotted them from a mile away! Why would he go 75 mph in a residential area at night!?

Actually, it's not from any of the episodes, it's from one of the five Transformers PSAs. They made five similar to the GIJoe PSA, but they never aired. This was about wearing bright clothing at night.

Do you know where I could find those PSAs? I'm curious. (I hear Powerglide did the "Don't be judgemental" one XD)
