Unabashedly dignified, vulnerable yet radiating a quiet power...and other various paradoxes
Very beautiful...almost like an old Japanese brush-painting brought to Waking Life...

It is hard to say what I love the most about this work, but I would put my top three things in this order, her hair, the folds in the cloth, and then the use of texture and light in the background. All of these elements are different in style, but they work together to pull the composition together. The designer in me has one more comment-I enjoy the use of the space. If I had to say something constructive, I would say that I would consider experimenting with different line widths for the exterior outline of the figure.
