11" x 14" acrylic paints.

I was commisioned to do a painting of the Reflection Lakes by Paradise near Mt. Rainier. So me and my fiance (now husband) went down and took pictures, traipsing through a bit of mud to get some good shots. One of the issues I ran into was that the day we went, the wind was strong enough that the water had too many waves to be reflective. So I kinda put off the painting for forever, but with me officially trying to sell my artwork, I figured I should finish the painting I was commisioned to do first. I solved my conundrum by imagining the reflection being there, so if it looks off, that's because I just sort of made it up. Anyway, I think it turned out decently. It's not my best painting, but it still looks good.

The title is because I'm unoriginal. I already have faith, hope, and charity, so the last one in the list is love. (quoting scriptures of course.) I guess you can gather some sort of symbolic meaning from the reflection in the water being the lens with which we view people we love, but anything like that would be more of an afterthought and a sad excuse than anything else.
