Thanks for the suggestions but I haven't worked on this project in years so I probably won't add those types.

here is a ton of things \o\
I kept most of the relationships you made but ad a bunch more
this is just the logics I imagined, but I may not be 100% sure what some types represent so. . .

hey just noticed that on the new version a combo of electric-earth has no weakness

it receives 1/4 damage from electric, 1/2 from fire, ice and water, and there is nothing super effective against it \o

maybe taking out the plant not very effective on electric could be a way to fix it \o

Hmm how does getting rid of the plant not very effective fix the combo types lack of weaknesses?

it's just the one relationship I thought would not be too bad to take out, but if you can think of another one to take out or a new one to add to fix it go ahead \o

Alright, I get it now. But I do like electric being strong against plant tho

it was just the first thing I thought, there should be other ways to solve it, or just leave it, I don't know how bad that can be anyway lol

because then plant will be super effective to ground-electric instead of neutral, which means it will have a weakness

I can explain each relationship I thought of, it will be long tho so I don't know if you mind me listing it all here D:

most importantly tho...
I do think you need to find a weakness for cosmic, electric, metal, dark and light

dark especially needs to be worked on, since right now it's just light without the super effectiveness...

I think some types having super effectiveness to themselves (like cosmic x cosmic) could be useful for balancing
and the dark x light having super effectiveness against each other can be a good dynamic to!

At first I didn't understand this, but now I think I do. It's the effectiveness of the attacks against a type, right? Like an Air or Plant attack would be effective against Fire, or is it the other way around?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ShellYeah In reply to Kintupsi [2012-01-02 05:18:16 +0000 UTC]

You are correct, it is a chart that shows the effectiveness of a attack against a type but, you're reading it in the opposite way. A fire type attack would be effective against a plant type.

Ah, that clears things up quite a bit!
