Some landscapes can really stand alone, and this is definately one of them

You can tell. When you say "very small scale", how small IS the original? Because there's quite a lot of detail there, more than I could fit into anything smaller than A5 (I'm assuming that's pencil it's drawn in, rather than charcoal or anything else)

I'm drawing in a tiny sketchpad that's 5.5x4 inches, and I'm using a mechanical no.2 pencil, which helps a ton. I've started liking working in this format, since it forces me to get really into the details. Painful, though.
