Here's Part 1 to my audition to the OCT I'm really excited to see what the judges have planned for this tournament.Once I was finally able to get the mermaid picture done this didn't actually take nearly as long as I thought it would. I'm going to attempt to do things (mostly the line art) a little more loosely with this tournament in order to save some time. I started with a little bit of background to help a bit with my concept. Hopefully I doesn't just confuse everyone...OTL
