Great job on this panel from Sonic Universe issue#43 Secret Freedom Unsung Heroes PT.3! All the members are suiting and gearing for their big battle with Ixis Nagus! Hope we see more of them in the future, I really like Silver, would love to see him solve the mystery that messes his time up, when we last saw Shard in Sonic Universe#50, he wasn't looking so good! Hope he's okay, I really liked him too and did anyone else notice him having a thing for Nicole! Larry the Super Jinx Lynx and the Wolf Pack Twins Leeta and Lyco didn't see much action as a Substitute Freedom Fighter or the Wolf Pack lately, his jinxes are funny and useful and the whole twin thing is cute! Elias so should be king again!

I personally like the Secret Freedom Fighters. The concept was very interesting. And the fact they had to keep it a secret made the stakes even higher. And I like the characters chosen for the squad.

The only reason why like the secret freedom fighters is because of shard, I hated that they left a cliffhanger with him. Anyway lovely pic

This was one of the stupidest stories they had before everything got rewritten. I'm glad it's gone.
Elias was out of character and the whole business of them being a secret to everyone including the main characters AND acting like they were that important without anything to back it up with left my eyes rolling and the rest of me groaning.

I liked them because they are secret and have included Silver in any team, and also the Shard. But I wanted that Sonic know everything. He would understand, keep the secret and not intrude (since he is elsewhere).
For me the worst story written was Mobius 25 years later.

haha, I like those parts that deal with the psychological of characters, especially with Sonic. Can notice that every time this reaches him, he gradually evolves and matures (As also happened then that Sally was robotized).
Not to mention that after the 175, became the rematch of Sonic in 200 even more interesting! \(^^)/

I'm just sick and tired of the characters being made to suffer such horrible things. They should never have gotten to this level and it would have been more appropriate to switch it around to where things are good in the world until Robotnik shows up and then they swat him back down just like in Adventures of... or X. Not relosing their home and then lose another one in such a vulgar fashion again.

This tire, really. And I also feel agony in reading some parts. They really suffer much. But .... I think maybe that's why the comics are still launching. (Audience)
*I have desire to rewrite the whole story in my version, totally based on the Archie but would change a lot, and would in manga style - because be an environment that gives more freedom.*

I think they need to retire the show continuity period. The current staff have no skill/respect for them, the modern audience isn't fortunate enough to have appreciated it back then, and so much importance is put on the game characters so why drag them through any more mud?

Yeah! And it makes me remind about how Sonic is really a complicated series. Many versions, many opinions and different fans.
Games do not have as much history as comics. Did not want them retire for this reason - I'm addicted to the comic, and I see in it what I don't see in games - but I just wish they put more action (and perhaps comedy). Let the comics more sonic style.

To understand my view, there's a speech in South Park about how characters can more real or just as to someone as the people around them. To this end (and I'm addicted similarly) I can't stand to see these characters be so mishandled that I'd rather try to write them off with as much dignity and spare them more pain and mistrestment than see them go on as they have been.
