Updated reference with specified drawing guidelines to avoid inconsistencies.

I liked the original turnabout so I kept that, then drew a new side render and included the specifications in the lower part.

Originally I intended to include an in-depth biography but the sheet was beginning to look cluttered and composition certainly is not my strong suit. So perhaps I'll write up the biography on Toyhouse and edit this later to include the link.
