Music Inspiration: "The Siren" - Nightwish [link]

This is how I will be depicting the Sirens in The Five Powers because I didn't like deciding between the bird-like and mermaid.

These Sirens have green feathers on their forearms and lower back. Their ears actually don't exist, as instead, there are two small wings (like a Dragonair if you really think about it XD). Their tail is like a Mako shark, allowing them to swim horizontally and wicked fast.

Remember when I said that she'd be like Quetzalcoatl (Aztec feathered serpent god) and Ariel the mermaid's love child? Well I liked that comparison so much that I incorporated Aztec colors and designs, hence the green feathers, and gold accessories. Also, kindly suggested it.

This is Lady Siren, for lack of a better name. She'll be severely injuring one of the main protagonists due to her alluring singing voice, like all Sirens. She holds a violin just because it went with Nightwish's AWESOME SONG.

I'm really, incredibly, ridiculously happy with this deviation.
