My first attemped at realism! This is the first time I used almost all the different kinds of leds to shade a picture. I'm actually really happy with how it turned out. Critique would be really apreciated though!Related content

OMG, This is so good! I wish I could draw like you! If you go to my gallery, you will find that I like to draw realistic animals, too! I will try to see if I can draw this dragon. I will put it on Deviant Art if it turns out really well!

Looks really good! The only thing that makesit look toony, I think, are the outlines. The scales on the body are defined so dark with the line that it makes it look that way...Maybe if you shaded them in rather than use solid line to define it, it might work a little better. But really good, keep it up ^^

That is a really great realism!
You did a beautiful job on the eye, it gives the dragon a real feel of life.
As for critiques (you did ask!), I would say that the Dragon's ear appears to start a little too close to the eye. Anyhow, complaints aside, you did a wonderful job!

Hmmm... I think you should try to do the highlighting differently on the horns. It might look better if you didn't draw the line and then coloring in the outside. Know what I mean? Well whatever, looks fantastic anyway. Who knows, it might look worse if you didn't draw the lines in there!

where's its nose? it seems to be missing. and the scales, especially on the bottom part of the neck, could use some work.

It's nose it's there, it's on it's beak, very very tiny. I'll have to work on those scales, I'm used to not having to draw all them on

Hmmm...maybe the highlights on the horns are a little off. They seem kinda harsh. Why doncha try looking up info on reflected light? I may make it look more real...
But I like it the way it is for the most part. He's like a raptor :3
