**Improved version!**
So after doing a sci-fi one now I feel like some fantasy too! Kind of like the mage in Diablo 3
I made the blue shooty bits in Blender

And she's saying "pew pew" under her breath.
Love the dynamic positioning of her outfit. Gives a real sense of motion and energy- her clothing is being blown about by her power. I only wish her hair had the same wildness.
Also, I like the colour. Her magic draws the eye, it's such an explosion of colour. She's caught in it's glow, illuminating her in comparison to the more muted environment.
Her expression could be a little more defined. The juxtaposition of her magic and her face makes me interpret her face as being almost surprised by her own power, but it could just as easily be one of those weird faces people make when you pause a video at the right moment.
Would love to see this character- and this outfit- in more scenes, whether they show power or vulnerability.
