Toxeon [Poison] -- The Mortality Pokemon. Evolved from Eevee by leveling up at the sewer in Celedon City.

Very nice! This is the only cute evolution of this type I've seen. I'm not a huge fan of the scorpion tails that other renditions have. You manage to pull off the poison effect without it, great job. ^_^
