Eeveon [Normal] -- The Inverted Pokemon. Eevee evolves into this Pokemon at Level 36.

You know what Eevee needs? A mega evolution. Not a mega evolution for it's evolutions, just a mega evolution for it. That was, people will actually want to use Eevee.

This has amazing detail considering the simplicity. It looks like it could have just come out of a guide book, and I like it when people do that. I especially like how you added a movelist to add to the 'realisticity' of it.

You're welcome. I know the feeling of having no ideas. I just try leaving something for a while, maybe watch some Youtube, and when I've finished, I usually have an idea. To be completely honest, a lot of my works were screencapped from Youtube.
