as a base-maker, i came up with a base editing tutorial for amateur base users & such. i hope this provides sufficient help. this is my first tutorial & without references. i even used my own base so credit for the base goes to me.btw, the character is no one is particular. just a random OC. i hope it helps. i do have bases ready to submit, but they'll have to wait until later.
P.S. this is a tutorial for if u have MS Paint. sorry for the mistake.

do you have a clothes Tutoria? i have trouble with the clothes the most i wanna make them look like real clothes

Nice tutorial! It's very explanitory and clear! You should probably clarify that this is a tutorial for MS Paint (Microsoft Paint). That way, those who use drawing pads or Photoshop know that they'll have to improvise the tools and such! Great job, though!
