I... am in a ridiculous amount of physical pain right now so I'll make it short...I seriously saw a bee out the other day and that's why I made this comic.
Because... bee.
And... it's still cold out. Usually. I mean, it won't be cold next week apparently, because Texas weather is bipolar, but... uhhh... BEE. Stupid... bee...
I'm going to go die now.

it probably wasn't a honey bee...they die in the winter... Hope it's not a killer bee...those things are NASTY! And they're like invading The US now.

Dude when its still winter and the bees come out, they freeze at night. I'm serious. I've seen them in my yard. When I leave for school at like 6:45 they're frozen to the plants, then when I come home, around 2:30 They're flyin around happy as can be. Its fuckin weird. O_o

I know how you feel. SoCal weather is horrifically bipolar as well. I keep seeing bees and wasps... like, the day after the grass is frosted. The trees are confused, too. One by my workplace... ay ay ay, I wish I had photographed it. As late as last week, it was half dead leaves, half brilliant white blossoms and green leafbuds. Literally divided down the middle.
Ugh.

Yes, I favourited this. It brings back memories... of the wasps nest in the roof of our almost kitchen. It was cold, it was windy, it was raining. And would those bloody things die? Nay! No matter how much wasp killer we pumped into that nest they kept coming back, like zombie wasps. And that was october... wasps inside the house are not my friend! They all suffocate under various glasses and jars.

lucky...thanks to global warming the great lakes didn't freeze...that means it was just cold enough to get that freezing cold water into the air and drop the temprature so new york and new jersey are covered in snow.
