Description
I... am in a ridiculous amount of physical pain right now so I'll make it short...I seriously saw a bee out the other day and that's why I made this comic.
Because... bee.
And... it's still cold out. Usually. I mean, it won't be cold next week apparently, because Texas weather is bipolar, but... uhhh... BEE. Stupid... bee...
I'm going to go die now.

Simi Valley, CA, too. In winter, we get 80-90 degree days followed by the "Santa Ana" winds which are severaly mph and usually 40-60 degrees, followed by rain, followed by lots of days where it's 70-something degrees.
This spring's end/summer's beginning has already seen 105-degree days, 55-70 degree weeks, and thunder/rain followed by the next week being overcast but high 70's.

xD Try living in Minnesota! The weather is LITTERALLY bi-polar here! In the spring, it'll be nice and warm one day and the snowing the next! I've lived here my whole life and I love it here, but the weather is almost unpredictable.

Bees are nothin'. just leave them alone and don't freak out, and they'll be like a tiny buzzing neighbor you don't like. they really prefer not to sting you. wasps, yellow jacks, and hornets on the other hand, are multi-stinging aggressive bastards to be wiped from the face of this earth.

And it still hasn't gotten warmer >.<

Great comic! And, I live in Cleveland, Ohio...which is also bipolar. It once snowed in May, and then the next day it was 90 degrees. Also, I dislike bees, but something killed off all our bees a year or two ago, so not too bad right now. Actually, there were a few people that missed the little buggers O_o
But great comic, and i like the mailbox

OMG, I know. It is next the same weather for 2 days in a row for Texas. Sure it might rain for a week, but sometimes its a drizzle, and then out of nowhere lighting strikes the neighbor's dog and then it turns into a flood....it's crazy here -.-

You're tellin me. It's freakin' raining over here...and it's SUMMER! Why didn't you do this in April huh? When I needed a shower. Gosh.
On a brighter note- Nice job. It made me laugh. At first I thought you were going to a tombstone though. Perhaps...that's just me.

I feel your pain! My aversion to bees (basicly 'flyers' as my Dad and I came to call them) was so much it was practicaly a phobia! Best strategy I learned was to ignore them, I had to teach my self to freeze, not flee when I got startled by one.
Your artwork is exceptional all through your gallery and it makes me feel a LOT better to know I'm not the only flyer-phobe out there!

I donβt like bees or wasps and am allergic. If I get stung that area will swell up like a balloon. Iβve found that sting-kill works the best to prevent this. Itβs a green liquid that comes in glass/ plastic vials with cotton, or in wipe in foil packs. There are 5 in a container. There are other kinds but they donβt work as well. I live in PA and have wasp problems all year long. They have crawled into the siding near one of the bathroom windows and have a hive in there some where and can make their way into the house through the window some how. The other day I had a wasp fly into the ceiling fan in our living room and it whacked it right into my lap. I hoped up and went and shook my pants over the bath tub. Itβs July and wasps are trying to make nest every where β car doors, grills, any type of building, even in the grass. It would be nice to be able to generate a field that could rebel and/or kill certain kinds of insects - bees, wasps, ants, Japanese beetles, and other pests. Hm might as well include certain weeds, and mold in with that to.
