Is the proportion for a hand from the tip to the base equal to a head size or from chin to the hair line?

Haha, I have no idea. I don't detail out every tiny proportion, and it is hard to apply those rules if you are drawing a picture that utilizes perspective or foreshortening. The best way if you want an accurate comparison is to look critically at yourself or a friend and get a feel for what looks correct.

I don't know...Drawing stubs "A.K.A" ovals are really easy and save me alot of time...I'll try this. It's gonna be weird looking at my Character with actual hands though XD
