Another tutorial Theres a lot of text but I tried to make my system as clear as possible. As usual you can copy or use any of these drawings freely, but be sure to read the tut as well! As I recommend in it to ref from photos or real life over other people who might have made mistakes (not me of course, as I never make mistakes) (lol). Enjoy!

I don't think these "melted fingers paws" are really such a bad thing, provided they're drawn correclty and not only half-assed out of pure laziness. Sometimes they work just fine for simple sketches. They're a part of a particular style, like the spider net hair of art nouveau.

I'm literally rolling on the floor laughing. I don't know why but it makes me laugh so hard!
This was very helpful, by the way. I nearly always draw hand behind the back, or have my character holding something so that I don't have to draw as much hand. But I have to draw a hand for an art project! This is brilliant, thanks!
