I made the shape out of the same fabric as the dress (like a sock), filled it wirh stuffing and put a thick (but not too heavy) wire inside so it would keep its shape, then i just closed it off and made a harness for it out of pvc pipe that goes inside the dress (i had to make a hole in the dress for the tail to come out). Later on I figured it could just be sewn to the dress, but it needs to be a strong fabric with corset-like backing so it won't fal down x.x; i think the harness is easier, but either way works fine o.O

I could do it, since I usually do cosplay comissions for people in other countries, but the problem would be the shipping, since shipping from where I live is quite expensive, so no one asks for only accesories x.x; the tail itself would be around $5-$10usd at most, but shipping alone is around $35usd x.x;
