Description
The trip to the so called "Police Office" was horrible. Cora desn't even understand how that Pikachu had managed to convince her like that. Every single person they would pass by would point or stare at her. Some wealthy-looking man even asked Ethan if he would trade her, and Cora answered for Ethan by snarling at him. She even caught Sparky staring at her enviously."What?" Cora demanded. "Why are you staring at me? Why is everyone staring at me?"
"Its because your a shiny pokemon" he said. As if that cleared everything up.
"I don't even know what a shiny Pokemon IS" She complained.
"Look at your fur, it's silver."
"Yeah, so?"
"The average Eevee's fur is brown, but yours is a different color. That makes you a Shiny Pokemon. The odds of even seeing one is about one in eight-thousand! To make it even more special, your an Eevee, which are already extremely uncommon."
"My silver coat is a blessing from my ancesters. I am destined to make my clan prosper."
Sparky just stared at me."Whats your name?"
It dawned on her that she never even introduced herself."Im Cora."
"Sparky" He responded. They shook hands, which isn't very easy to do when your riding on someones shoulder.
"So, Cora right? Whats it like living in a clan?"

Past
Cora woke up to the song of a Kriketune. Inside the den with her were three sleeping Eevees, and a Leafeon resting near them. Careful not to wake anyone, she walked twords the bushy-tailed Eevee near the exit.
"Amber" Cora whispered. "Wake up"
The young Pokemon opened her carmel-colored eyes."What is it Cora?" she mumbled.
"I want to go perfect my new move, will you help me?"
This seemed to have the effect Cora was hoping for. Ambers eyes flew open and she quickly got up. "Lets go"
The clearing the two Eevees used for training was just outside of camp. It was a large, grassy place where the two would play around. All they had to do... was leave unnoticed. Young Eevees weren't allowed out of camp until they turned six months old. Cora and Amber were 5 months, but had been sneaking to the clearing right before dawn for about eight weeks.
"Hurry up Amber!" Cora whispered. They had managed to pass through the freezing Glaceons den unnoticed. Can you call it a den if its made of ice?
"Im going." Amber muttered. They were nearing the pond where the Vaporeons slept. Just had to pass them and they would be able to take the path to the clearing...
They were so close.
"Where do you think your going?" Amber cursed as a sleek Vaporeon swam twords them.
"We saw a Caterpie" Cora bluffed "Amber and I thought we could practice our hunting skills by catching it, but I stepped on a leaf and scared it away" It was a stretch, two Eevees being up this early, but the Vaporeon seemed to sleepy to care.
She yawned "Well... ok. I'm going back to sleep"
The two waited as the water Pokemon swam away.
"A Caterpie, really?" Amber teased.
"I didn't hear you coming up with anything better."
It was still dark when they got to the clearing.
"Ok, Cora you ready to practice?"
"Always"
"Then lets try that move you learned yesterday"
Cora focused on her surroundings. A small white sphere of power formed in front of her. She drew the energy from the trees, the flowers, the grass, and the bushes, and pulled it all into the sphere. It grew brighter and turned leaf-green, and Cora flung it twords a nearby tree. It hit the trunk and bursted, and the tree seemed to grow a bit larger.
"Cool!" Amber shouted "How did you turn the energy green, Cora? You didn't do that yesterday!"
"I just drew energy from my surroundings and added it to what I already made. it's not that hard, Amber, let me teach you."
Although no matter how hard she tried, Amber just couldn't do it. It didn't bother her, though. The move Cora knew was probably part of her blessing, which explains why she couldn't use it.
"I have an Idea" Amber said after her fifth fail at trying Coras move. "You saw how the tree absorbed the power and used it to grow, right? What do you think will hapen if YOU absorb the energy?"
"Only one way to find out" Cora said.
Once again Cora focoused on her surroundings and formed a sphere of energy infront of her. She drew the power of the plants into the sphere, accept, this time instead of flinging it, she made it move to her. It went insise of her, and Cora saw a flash of white light.
