Her full name is Shine Elizabeth Ortiz; she's a good-natured, beautiful woman who goes above and beyond to be there for her friends and family. She's got a girlfriend (later wife) named Ariel Phantom. She's also the dean of her town's high school and is highly revered by the students and staff.
