I just used a page that I use often for mmd stuff called "wayback machine" that shows old or deleted pages and I could find the plugin link (I just had to copy the link)

There is actually. The site for the Japanese copy is different than the english copies site. So that means that something is wrong with the download sequence with the english versions website.Β Β
