I'm not gonna do a critique, because it's 2am and that's way too in-depth for this time of night with all that vision and creativity stuff, but I do have a couple of little nitpicky things I wanted to point out.
Overall, I love this image. Your proportions don't seem to be out at all, and she's nicely curvy without going over the top. The colouring is good, nothing to complain about there, the background adds to the picture without being busy enough to detract from it. The hands look perfect, the feet... well, maybe the near one is a tad stubby, but it's nothing really worth complaining about, and the far one looks perfect. Perspective worked out nicely too, and your shading is awesome. I particularly admire those last two because I have a lot of trouble with them myself. xD
The wings themselves are nicely shaped, and have just the right amount of detail for the style - not too much, not too little. However-
I would say that her wings project from far too low on her back, and it looks a little weird. While I'm aware that pegasus wings in the show itself come from about the middle back anyway, there are some allowances there for the fact that it's a cartoon and pegasi are mythical creatures, whereas here you essentially have a human who happens to have wings and the style overall is much more realistic, so I personally think that it would look better and less awkward if the wings came from her shoulder blades, because in nature that would be where a creature's wings would grow from.
The only other thing I might mention is that her eye is maybe a teensy bit too large, and due to the positioning of the iris, she looks a tiny bit crazy, but overall it doesn't detract from the image.
But yeah, as I said, overall I adore the picture, there's just a couple of things that I would nitpick, but I think the image is really beautiful despite those little imperfections.

While the form and coloration are very beautiful, and I do mean that, did you realize that her wings connect at a single tiny spot in the middle of her back?
