They're not really hard to recognize, but I want to submit the answered version anyway.

Rincewind (Wizard, Discworld by Terry Pratchett) was the main character of the first Discworldbooks I read.
Flash (Superspeedsuperhero,DC). I've always been a Batman-fan, but after watching Flash beating the crap out of Brainiac some years ago, Wally West it is ...his costume is a bit strange though. xD
Hinata Hyuuga (Ninja, Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto) is the only reason I still read Naruto. I just need to know if she finally gets him or not ;_;. Because of her shy personality and uselessness (at the manga's beginning at least), I can somewhat identify myself with her.
Dagget Beaver (Beaver, Angry Beavers). He's just awesome. "The S.S. Ssssss" XD!
Sokka (Watertribe Warrior, Avatar) is definetly the most fun character in ATLA- an awesome series in general. Important keywords: Hawky, Boomerang / Boomer Aang and Cactus Juice.
Sailor Saturn's (Sailor Scout / Mistress Nine, Sailor Moon) ability was just too cool and impressive o.o (emergency world destroyer and so on). Plus she has this cool lance and is able to protect her friends ("Silent Wall!"). Plus I love violett. 8D
Darkwing Duck (The Masked Mallard, Disney), doesn't need any instruction. Disney's Batman-persiflage is wonderful and was one of my favourite series. "I am the terror that flaps in the night! I am the wrong number that wakes you at 3am!"
Archimedes (Owl, The Sword in the Stone by Disney) is after all these years still one of the most funny and adorable Disneycharacters. Much love for this one.
Mutio (Fishgirl, Bluesubmarine Nr 6) has a wonderful characterdesign ^^ I wish I could swin that good ;___;
Luigi (Plumber, little Brother, Nintendo) needs more love and less ridiculous looking moves in Smash Bros. Since Super Mario World (the fist Mario Game I ever had) I've prefered playing Luigi, and that will not change. Huzzah.
