I like your design, and I like the idea of having bandages over the bust. Maybe she's a newbie at being PH, since her blade's so nice and shiny still. She could do with some more cuts and scratches maybe. But I still love it.

O.o; it's really awesome... but it's kinda messed up cause it takes away the pimpin' powers of the PH... I mean, all the mannequins and nurses and patient monsters of SH2 were female (sorta) and Pyramid Head was basically the pimp daddy. I guess there could be a female...
Nonetheless, it is awesome.

Pyramid head was one of the buffer enemy characters, so I tried to stick with that instead of making her looking nurse-esque.
Yeah, pyramid head = Hot.
Dissapointed that I didn't see him in Silent Hill 3 though. ;~; *only SH game she owns*
