Unfortunately I do not know how to use Flash: '3
But I add some effects with Affter effects. Not sure if they are alike lol
For example some camera movements

I did basic flash back in 2010 If Im not wrong you should try it, its not that difficult. learning curve is fairly flat and you would do much better than me cause you are really good at art ..

its a lot of work.. you can start your own lil story on youtube
