it was more of a collage that just turned out that way.

I like the idea, but the circle thing in the backround just doesn't do it for me..lose that and maybe some contrast adjustment between the bottom of the tree and the top of the log.

Actually...He probably did mean the Mana Tree from the "Mana" game series. Although I have played most Mana games and I don't remember it being in such a desolate place...still....freakin' awesome.

Very interesting experiment. I really like your use of vibrant colors, works well. The composition here is a 9 out of 10. Just a little advice, to maybe push this to a 10 of 10.
You nearly completely centered the object. IMO move it off to the right side and create a bit of space to the left. The height is fine. But the 2/3rds placement would make this very sexy.

That is just plain awesome on so many levels. I think it shows that life can thrive just about anywhere... in this case a beautiful green tree in what looks to be the middle of a barren desert.
Any chance of this being made a print anytime soon?
