Description
Climate change had necessitated the nations of Gaia to invest in massive geo-engineering projects to mitigate effects. These projects soon became strategically important locations, as they often modified regional weather patterns. Alarmed by the balkanization of climate control, less powerful nations passed a resolution in the Community of Nations to establish neutral climate control projects.

The Solaris site, seen here, was the first amongst of these projects to be established. The Solaris, with it's cloud seeding and carbon capture spires, is protected by the CON's air policing unit, Emerald squadron.

Just a quick-ish sci-fi idea I had. Recolored my F/A-32 Oriole model to CON colors. All the usual tools here: Blender Cycles and various graphics editors including Photoshop and Substance Painter.
