Here is the commission of MLP Princess Celesta I did for Griffin. Like Princess Luna, I had free reign to her however I liked. Looking at other artist renditions of her, I wanted to go in a little different direction. I felt that since she was the Princess of light, I went with a tanner skin tone for her being that was more exposed to the sun than her sister. I wanted to add her favorite Student in the bkg just for kicks.the glitter in the hair was difficult and had to redo it in Photoshop (that took a whils)
Again most of you may disagree with my approach to her being that I am not a fan of the show, but I do hope that you like it and her sister also.

Ya know from all the fan art I've seen in general...never assumed she'd have darker skin...it works better somehow this way.

I love the Egyptian theme you went with here! It suits her well, along with that tan. It might not be the typical depiction of Celestia, but I love the stylistic choices you've made. You even added her most faithful student!

I like the glow effect on her hair. I'm not sure I like noise effect there, though.

Actually, I love the look of this one. The overall effect creates an Egyptian motif to Celestia, and that's actually very appropriate, all things being equal. After all, Celestia as a benevolent Pharoah somehow seems to fit, really. To say nothing of which, the large breasts do make her look extra motherly, as well as *blushes* extra sexy? Can I admit that I find Celestia hot, including here?

Nah you did fine with Celestia and Luna I think, though Luna could've been about Squeek's age I think, since she's Celestia's younger, far as I remember.

I really like the hair on this one as well it has an almost gel-like feel to it

If it wasn't for the hair, I probably wouldn't guess it to be Princess Celestia. She looks great but also mistakable for an Egyptian princess or something. Also her hair is very shiny!
