Here is another one of the male characters from the show called Discord. Bad Guy I assume. the references I got for this character were of Q from Star Trek. I was instructed to give him the Q outfit but slightly modified to look more original. I was also told to put random objects on bubbles to make it look more odd. What exactly is this guy? a dragon? griffin? he reminds me of Pantyhose Taro from Ranma 1/2.....weird.this one took a little time to draw also but the colors came out great.

The reason he's given a Q-like design is because he's voiced by Q himself.
And he doesn't actually stay bad for long, unfortunately.

lol He's called a Dragoneques. Basically, he's like a massive mitch-match chimera of many different species. He's the master of chaos, and can alter reality at a whim, including his own body. He can literally have his body fall apart like a jigsaw, and change size and shape at will, and more. And he can control reality at will. Heck, when he was done with Ponyville, there were houses floating, some upside down, cotton candy clouds spouting chocolate rain, checkerboard floor, soap instead of dirt roads, sun and move popping up and down like whack-a-mole, tiny rabbits rampaging on giraffe legs, buffalos dancing by in tutus, and that's just all I can remember off the top of my head.
