Description
Now, a model that always wanted to put my hands on... but unfortunately, no model kits have been released of this beauty. The first time I saw it in the series, it flipped my head; I think it could be the Command Wolf's counterpart to Liger Zero Panzer.
Now, let's wikiattack:
Command Wolf Town, AKA Power Reinforced Command Wolf - This variant is unique to the anime series and was designed for heavy combat. Its main weaponry consisted of a four-barreled rocket launcher, two eight-barrel vulcan guns, and 2 50mm AZ beam guns. This Zoid featured reinforced armour plates on its legs, cockpit and back. Due to the increase in armour, its top speed is only 195km/h. It is often used on the front lines as it has more formidable armour and firepower than the other Command Wolf variants. There is no current model kit for this Zoid. A similar Command Wolf appeared in Zoids Legacy under the name Command Wolf Town.
(Now that I'm reading the stats, I realized that I forgot to include the two 8-barrel Vulcans...Where?... )

I'm going try making a model armor set based on the Town with my own HHM as a base, and your renderings are my best references besides the brief shots from the show. Do you know if there's any other reference materials of this guy I could get my hands on?

Hi!
I hadn't any luck when I was looking for references. I had to work with screencaps from the show. I could send you the files form my CW if you think it would be useful.
It would be great to see your project once finished. good luck !

That's a shame, it's easily one of my favorite Command Wolf variations. I'd be mighty humbled to use the files are reference for my model, it'd probably be easier than the guesswork of the few screencaps I've got. I'll be sure to fire that along to you as soon as I figure out what to make all the different armor pieces and stuff out of, etc, and actually start to get the bugger built. xD

I found some plastic tubes that could work for the cannons but I'm still scavenging other bits and bobs for the rest of the armor/parts. I started painting my HMM Cwolf today for starters, just to get that out of the way xD

It's actually called the Command Wolf Urban Assault, or the Juggernaut. Other than that, though, excelent work! Looks fantastic.

This is really good.
The rocket launchers and the beam guns are the back mounted weaponry. The Vulcans are mounted on the side of the face, so you didn't miss them.

They didn't fire those during the 16th ep, so it's hard to determine what they are. But in ep 14, Irvine tried out an experimental version and mounts the same face mounted guns. Those make it more apparent they're vulcans. That one also featured flares in them.
Good luck on modifying them.

Zoids Chaotic Century is my favorite!! I just can't ever seem to find much about it these days, I would love to watch the whole show from the beginning to end again!
How about you? What's your favorite? I do enjoy the Zoids with Bit and Leena too ;] But I know here they took that show off TV so fast D: That and do you mind if I ask how you make these pictures? Cause they look very realistic to the show!

Chaotic Century is my favorite Zoids series too, although I tend to see Chaotic Century and Guardian Force as a whole(favorite of all times is Macross, the original one). Zoids zero is OK (I don't like very much animes that revolves around a tournament), and I haven't seen Zoids Genesis yet.
How do I make it? honestly, I don't really know. Sometimes, I see the finished model, and I wonder how did I make it.
But my tips are:
first of all, gather all the reference pictures that I can, so I can have access to all the angles and details of the model;
Obtain a good profile picture, make a profile (duh)in a vertical plane and(as I'm working with sketchup)start to build volumes and using the references. Is like trial and error, but is reaaally fun (at least to me)
Thanks again for the comments.
