For those who have played the game, perhaps remember the Brachiomon and Saberdramon who stood next to each other in Ancient Dino Region?
It is them! And together they joined the city as scouts! Saberdramons dialouge was fitting for it already, and brachiomon being tall made him fit as well for the job. And as they were next to each other too, I wanted to make them some best friends scout duo.

Saberdramon
He spent most of his days in the air, roaming around File Island to look at new places. He thought it was interesting to see how every digimon lived in each location. It was more interesting, than just sitting in Ancient Dino Region. The time in that region goes slower as well. While he was there, he kept company with one of the Brachiomons of a herd, and became good friends. After the island got saved by the human, they both decided to go to the City, and getting the jobs as scouts. As Brachiomon is a bit clumsy and shy, Saberdramon who is the opposite tries to help him as much as he can, so he don't steps on stuff. Saberdramon is mostly always seen sitting on Brachimons head, and is sleeping there as well.

Brachiomon
For being one of the largest digimon, he's very timid and won't hurt a fly... at least not on purpose. He lived at Ancient Dino Region and kept company with a Saberdramon he befriended. While he enjoyed it there as time went slower, he agreed to follow Saberdramon to the City. Too bad he was a bit too large to be inside the city, so instead he's in the File Glade Forest just south of it, but doesn't mind as he actually likes it there. He also roams around Native Forest. While Saberdramon does most scouting in the air and at other areas than Native Forest, Brachiomon is watching over File City and Native Forest for nearby dangers. Many digimons like to climb on his back, and Brachiomon allows them to that. Saberdramon however is very strict with that no one sits on Brachiomons head-horn as it's his place, and will chase of those who do.
