Description "Transborder 2"
This is an iteration of a previous concept I did for this personal project called "Transborder 66"Β 
I really pushed it further and changed the ship design.Β 
Backstory: "Huge ships from mechanical nation called Transborders come regularly to collect captured humans, prisoners and rebels."

Is it a Nation where everyone is a cyborg/robot/etc. or is it a heavily mechaniced nation as in uses an overabundance/is heavily reliant of/on technology, automation and industry?

I would say both, it's a fully cyborg nation which turned humans into slaves and colonyzed Earth to take mostly water as there main ressource to fuel there power.

To fuel their own nation, water replaced any type of oΓ―l or other combustibles. Those mechas feeds themselves with water and cool down their mechanics.
