though i don't listen to a lot of classic rock (though i heart the beatles) i have a lot of respect for it.this idea came to me last night while i was falling asleep

I think these white things (covers, or what ever) are too bright for this picture. They disturb/deflect. But the picture is great anyway. I wouldn't improve eye make up because without it the picture looks more natural and that is important for this picture in my view.

I really need to stop waiting so long to comment on these things. It's just that much more page I need to scroll up to see the picture while I comment. And no, I won't open another tab. I've got 11 windows open right now, and in Firefox, I have five tabs already . . . so tab creep or no, I shall scroll!
Yeah, that white space where a record could fit is disconcerting.
And I think, perhaps, that the album to the left could have been tilted so it was slanting the other way. That way the guy's face and yours wouldn't have been parallel; the effect created might just be better.
I really like how you have your eyes closed. The photo would definitely lose something if we had to look at your open eyes, this way it looks more serene.
So do you use a timer or something or do you have others wield the camera of doom?

Uhm, okay, loving the idea behind this shot, but again the softness gets me. I don't like the soft blur on your face so much, but your lashes look great. Loves the body positioning and your arms in this one, but I'm not sure I like positioning of your face as much. probably the lighting, but your lips blend. Also, (facing the screen on the right), there's a space that could have nicely been filled with a record up from your shoulder and away from your head. Uhm, extend your neck a little more next time maybe, but that body positioning is awesome, as is the concept.
