i think that this just isn't your best photo.. her face is much too soft.. she looks like a porcelain doll and this is the most bothering thing about this photo.. her make-up and the golden borders of her dress are a bit too shiny.. and of course.. you shouldn't have cropped the picture over her breast..
otherwise.. you have beautiful lightning and beautiful colors.. it's just not you to make such a photo.. glamour or whatsoever..

well there is a background light with an amber gel, and one large light with a 5foot softbox

Nice photography, the lightning is very well masterized, great ambiance. I'm however not sure about the very tight crop on the left.
