Perdy...
I like your wings... and the snow, but that's because where I live, snow hasn't fallen in... thirty years?

I really like this one, nice composition, you positioned yourself in just the right spot. The cool tones make me feel cold just looking at it Im amazed at how well your shots turn out, I tried doing self-photography....thats why I take nature shots

I do agree with the post above, your a little lost amongst the vastness of the scene, which I may add is very spectacular, but...but the lighting on you is very minimal, as portrayer stated a lower angle would help, and maybe a larger f stop?

for the tones i wanted i kept the f stop where it was, althought i understand what you mean, a larger one would have been something good to test. althought when i'm in nothing but wings and a nighgown, things like that can slip my mind
thank you

I love the overall cold tone of the composition and it's mood....great imagination!
I can't help but think that if you framed your shot so your white dress would show in the middle of the pools of water it would be a sweet contrast between the two and help you stand out a lil more...or perhaps a really low camera perspective would be kinda interesting here. The large piece of wood behind your head seems to take something away from you and pulls the eye away.
An evocative shot to be sure though....kudos!

Oh my God this is gorgeous. The setting, your outfit, position...everything looks great. It has a sad yet beautiful atmosphere, like an angel searching for something/someone in the cold reminensce of her past.
....eh heh heh, sorry. I tend to create stories up like that

Great shot & scene. Came out fabulous, Megs! --I really appreciate that it's shot in such a way that appeals to me, yet it wouldn't occur to me to shoot that style of composition. ...Yes, -once again you force me to take mental notes, and learn something new.
Merci!
But.... Somebody get this dear angel a blanket!
