I saw this line art in and immediately thought of the character Tess Durbeyfield in Tess of the D'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy. Those of you who go to my school, you will read it/already have read it in 11th grade english, but don't let that turn you off of the book, because it's an amazing tradgedy. I named it the Maiden because it is the first section of the book.I tried a new style of colorization than i used in my first one, i hope you like.

Tess of the D'Urbervilles is a beautiful tragedy about a girl named Tess whose father finds out they are of royal lineage, though they are a poor peasant family. They send Tess to a "cousin" who really just took the royal name to gain power and does not really belong to the bloodline. The "cousin" either rapes or seduces Tess (it's not really stated in the book) and the rest is her coping with the baby, another love, and murder. I don't really want to give it away, because it is an amazing book and should be read!

Thanks, it was really easy. It's just the cloud filter and then inverse cloud filter. i thought it made a cool effect.
